Why should we act on health before people see and debate?
http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20091215/pl_nm/us_usa_healthcare_biden Biden says we must act now but even if we do, the benefits do not come into force for some years. Why not just make all the savings and talks cuts bill on tort reform and giving and see if that fixes the problem alone. We can give you a year and see if that helps and if it does not we're out another thing if that solves the problem that people save much money. If the cuts we can not help then pass a bill in a couple of years and make it go into force immediately and still have done before the current bill would take effect. Another advantage of doing this would be that there would be a time that the people were taxed without receive benefits. If tort reform does nothing in his words, why not try it and see, you said nothing bad would happen if we do not try maybe save a lot of money
We have been debating this issue for decades. Tort reform has not reduced health care costs in states where it has already begun. An analysis The CBO has already demonstrated that. In addition, disadvantaged victims of medical malpractice is not a health care reform. If you are not in favor of health reform, then just say it, but regularly, the education of tort reform does not address the problems and is just a distraction.
